Zombie Panic!: Source

Zombie Panic!: Source (ZPS) is a "free" game that you can download from steam. Now the GAME itself is free but the source engine to run it however is not. The cheapest way to get the source engine is to buy Half-Life 2: Deathmatch from steam for $5.00 and in my opinion that is a GREAT deal. You can also download ZPS if you have ANY game that comes with the source engine (Ex: Team Fortress 2, Half-Life 2, Counter Strike: Source) You can see if a game comes with the source engine by viewing it's page on steam you will see it's information on the right side of the page. Now back to ZPS. Now don't expect a storyline this is a storyless game it's ALL about gameplay. At ther beginning of each round players can select the survivor team OR volunteer to be the first zombie. The goal as a survivor is to... Well... Survive until the round is over... Your goal as a zombie is to kill off every single human before time is up. (BUT in the servers I play on zombies have unlimited lives in others they have limited lives and in those other servers where zombies lives are limited if all of the zombies lives are eliminated survivors win.) Yeah so thats pretty much the gameplay but there are a couple other interesting things that affect gameplay. One of them is that the more weapons humans are carrying the slower they move which gives zombies a chance to gang up on them if they are out in the open! Another is the variety of weapons avaliable you have 5 basic types of weapons they are: Melee, Pistols, Rifles, Magnums and Shotguns. Each one except melee has it's own ammo type. The zombies have no weapons but the claws on their hands and their zombie push ability which is used by right clicking an object... Overall I strongly recommend downloading this game!
